to be fair the door to the right of the stairs in the pic is at least a meter up from the concrete so there must be some sort of higher level yet to go in.

A more saturated colour option would have been nice, but in a way it does pair well with Century Place, at least in the photo.

The exterior is looking great and a large percentage of the construction has been completed but unfortunately there seems to be a lot more before they open up. According to my sources from a little while ago the actual completion is still a long ways away. I hope that isn't the case but it appears that the project is still going to take a while longer.
