This would be a welcome addition to the area for sure if it moves forward. Quick question though, would this building be a WBF project, with financing and timelines seperate where Dub is simply the architect, or would this be a dub project with his typical timelines?

I just hope it's completed before I turn 30. I'm not hopeful and I'm still on the other side of 25.

I was actually wondering if that's actually what's happening here. I could'nt quite tell because the renderings show the building reaching the corner of the street

^I think that you are mistaken; it seems to take the required radius into account.

Maybe it be both LRT and WBF -- IMO one whack at the obstacles can serve two (like the old breath mint commercial two-two mints in one).
