@itom987 I don't think so, but if it helps the rendering is the view from 103 St, while 104 St. Elevation has one fewer levels.

I think they could go all in and have real zebras roaming the parkade, or at least a mechanical riding one on the sidewalk out front to replace that poor legless one, sheesh!

I suspect those zebras will morph into albino zebras once the birds set-up shop on them

Just happened to pass by the 104th streetside of the parkade this afternoon and noticed the Zebra flags, special! Nice to see them promoting this now & hope they keep the zebra theme on the 103rd side.

Just added this render of the same 104th side being proposed with the CRU's for comparison

^^^^ that's what I am inarticulately trying to say -- de-emphasize parking and additional CRUs -- a formula for better activated streets.
