Hey! Quick question. When a place has sky-high rent, is that because very few people want to live there, or because a lot of people want to live there?

Yeah, blocked him a while ago but occasionally I get sucked into the vortex of the conversation and wanna see what was said. Turns out - nothing useful! Shocking, I know! Thanks for the heads up though.

Will Edmonton pass Ottawa this year? I imagine it will be soon.

I didn't realize how close Regina and Kelowna are in population. Makes me wonder if interior BC could support a CFL team.

Canada should have two more 1+ million cities soon, with Winnipeg and Quebec joining. Even Hamilton is not too far behind.

Do you mean actually support a CFL team or simply not lose more than the current 7 out of 9 teams that lose money (only Winnipeg and Saskatchewan make any money).
