Westbro, you don't like running down a tight hallway before and after having purchased your groceries? bUt hoW wiLL wE Be StReEt faCinG if the cash registers face where everyone comes and goes???
As for the $4000 rental unit...
But is it Luxury
ohhhh, ahhhhh, LLLuxury
I'm simply basking in all the luxury that money can buy
I always cringe when people rally against new condos/rentals as "luxury". They aren't using the cheapest kitchen and finishings you can find, but they aren't far off.
"Luxury" has been a meaningless word for about 20 years now. I think "reasonable", "functional" or "affordable" (which this ain't, but they could post the average rents to compare) would probably be better appreciated nowadays.
