I've heard some horror stories.... For those who bought in 22 Wellesley (or any other Lanterra building), what has been your experience so far?

Maybe all these horror stories are about labour? ie, rushed jobs?

I own a condo at 231/219 Fort York and it's decent quality. I also purchased a suite directly from Lanterra which will be completed in 2010-2011. They are a bit difficult to deal with, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. If the quality of the new building is going to be similar or better to what I have now, I will be happy. Hope this helps.
