the LED option is definitely the most likely, if even that. this is not batman. projecting images or film into the air will achieve no result, however romantic that is. let's remember first and foremost, this is a condo in toronto. that has a nice ring to it. but, fingers crossed, i will be proven wrong.

No one is suggesting that film will be projected into the air. The question is whether we will have discernible pictures way up high, or just colours. We are getting something... unless of course The Cheapening™ has occured.

Its actually been the Hyatt Regency for about a year now after a 40 million dollar reno. Its quite nice and modern on the inside and the prices are almost exactly the same.
