Located on the west bank of the North Saskatchewan River, the Rossdale Project is a 159,456 square foot multi-family housing and commercial site.

Development is in the planning stage and construction is projected for 2020. Development will consist of 224 residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space.

I think this could be exciting. Given this is a Dub project I'm expecting a great design and a 10 year construction phase ;-)
