Do you have an agent and did you know about the timelines to assign? Typically it is like 6 months for interim occupancy based on my previous experience.

I'm on the 3rd floor. I emailed the builder about getting measurements so we could purchase furniture etc and they said measurements will be provided alongside the other documents/pictures from the PDI done by the consultant. Probably not as in-depth as any of us would want, but at least it's something.
Hi nice to e-meet you new neighbour! I'm on the 3rd too. Wonder if you have picked up your keys already?

Hello! can you please share any photos if possible? Thank you :) PDI or interior

one unit is already wanting to lease out:

I only got the PDI documents last Wednesday surprisingly and it was quite minimal but here are two photos. My island countertop seems to be missing like other people's but just to spice things up, my bathroom mirror is also absent haha

Someone mentioned that they are pretty good to registering the property quickly. I’d give it 3-6 months.

@stevenp if it was 2020, could likely get it rented out at that price. But for the next few months, that’s gonna be a tough sell.

Will be meeting my lawyer next week. As much as I enjoy the balcony view at my current place, it, I’m excited to just have a new scenery.

I’m down for mini putt challenge with y’all. We have that right? Ooh I’m excited.

Sign me up for a mini putt challenge :p

Nice to e-meet you too! If all goes well, I will be picking up my key and doing an inspection of the condo tomorrow :D

Hope you pickup went smoothly! I'm struggling to book an appointment for pickup as the concierge doesn't seem timely responsive, and my lawyer only confirmed me that the keys had been released yesterday after 5pm. I wonder who you contacted for the appointment? Hope either the sales office/ fortune care team/concierge will answer my request soon. Can't wait another day to see the unit!! 😀

See attached interior photos and quick peak at the gym

What i liked was the camera they installed on each floor now

That will ensure pet owners do not let dogs pee usually in front on elevators since dogs stand there20201210_172942.jpg20201210_172858.jpg20201210_172910.jpg20201210_172749.jpg20201210_172849.jpg20201210_172744.jpg20201210_172746.jpg20201210_172722.jpg20201210_172643.jpg20201210_172615.jpg20201210_172556.jpg20201210_172552.jpg20201210_172522.jpg20201210_172604.jpg20201210_172537.jpg

Oh don’t worry, if it’s like any other condo, dogs will pee in the elevator.
Lol whaaa never had that problem. I heard they did in the past though.

@Tinax how long have you been waiting for the keys? I booked the day off on my occupancy date. I would understand the concierge being really busy but I wouldn’t expect to wait to grab my keys longer than a day.
