Agreed, some of these new Gatineau projects are nicer than Ottawa which is not something we're used to.

A new, luxurious apartment building with 303 rental units soaring over 12 stylish storeys, Loggia sur le Parc is the latest rental project in Gatineau.

Overlooking Jacques-Cartier Park on the banks of the Ottawa River, the new project is surrounded by lush greenery, making it the ideal homebase to explore everything Gatineau and Ottawa have to offer.

Loggia, surrounded by nature, is the ideal choice for those who wish to live in an urban and dynamic neighbourhood a few minutes from downtown Gatineau and downtown Ottawa while benefiting from a natural and peaceful living environment.

The integration of nature is at the heart of the project, with its sunny garden and green roof designed to envelop residents in an organic and harmonious landscape that the developers consider essential to their quality of life.

Neighbourhood

The shores of the nearby Ottawa River are dotted with unspoiled scenic spots, bike paths, walking trails and more. The Jacques-Cartier Park, Rideau Canal and Rideau Falls are also conveniently located nearby.

Shopping centres such as Les Galeries de Hull, Promenade de l’Outaouais and the Rideau Centre offer a wide selection of stores for all tastes and styles, while a new grocery store Saveurs Epicerie Urbain, built by the same developer behind Loggia sur le Parc, is just a stone’s throw away in downtown Gatineau.

Proximity to year-round activities and festivals, both indoors and outdoors, make the area ideal for explorers and history buffs alike — as does its accessibility to Parliament Hill, the National Gallery of Canada, the Royal Canadian Mint, Canadian Museum of History and Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy.

The many bars and restaurants of downtown Hull and the ByWard Market round out the offering.

Architecture and interior design

In total, Loggia sur le Parc includes 303 new apartments that range in size from one to three . Each apartment offers a fresh and airy modern design with comfortable, warm and inviting living spaces that were designed to maximize the amount of natural light in each unit.

Constructed to meet stringent LEED environmental standards, the concrete building features expansive windows that offer residents breathtaking panoramic views. The charming balconies ensure that residents can enjoy these vistas in total privacy. Residents can enjoy an exceptional perspective of Jacques-Cartier Park and the Ottawa River from the comfort of their very own loggia.

In the kitchen, every apartment features state-of-the-art appliances, contemporary kitchen cabinets and terrazzo-inspired quartz countertops. The dining rooms have been thoughtfully designed to create memorable experiences, whether for socializing or relaxation, by day or by night.

Inclusions

Each apartment comes with heating, air conditioning, electricity, hot water, free internet, a washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as quartz countertops and roll-up window covers.

Amenities

Loggia sur le Parc offers residents the opportunity to enjoy an active lifestyle without having to leave the building. The common areas have been designed as roomy, light-filled spaces so that residents can enjoy taking advantage of everything the building has to offer, including a yoga room, a complete fitness room, coworking space with conference area and soundproof cubicles, a rooftop lounge area and terrasse with swimming pool.

Much more than an apartment, living at Loggia offers residents easy access to wellness facilities. Cooling off, relaxing, getting in shape and reconnecting with yourself and others are just a few examples of the many ways residents can experience Loggia’s common areas while also enjoying the breathtaking views.

A barbecue area, indoor parking, exclusive electric car charging stations, pet grooming room, bicycle tune-up area, shared workspace, superior soundproofing and high-end security system are also part of the package.

Delivery and leasing office

“The integration of our 3D tool have optimised the renting experience. From the comfort of their homes, clients can view the inside of the units and their balcony view,” says Catherine Miron, residential leasing and marketing director at Heafey Group.

Forgot to mention the highway and ramps surrounding it.

I am day dreaming right now about a 28 story 2nd phase in the lot across the street with the same design language and corner balconies.
Not to destroy your dreams, but the parking lot is owned by the CISSS de l'Outaouais.

I wish such a tower would have been built on top of the 12 storey project.

Really wish the triangular portion was taller. We don't see it well until we're right on it.

Missed opportunity, the views of parliament would have been epic from higher floors. Gatineau is still very height phobic, though.
Agreed. Not doubt the stupid referendum spooks a lot of developers. Worth noting that Heafey did push the envelop with the VIUs.
