Application in for a 14 storey condominium building with retail at 212 King William Street, currently a parking lot. Images from last months design review panel meeting, so this will likely be modified a bit before it gets built.

Some housekeeping items on this project:

- it was marketed as "KiWi Condos on King William";
- height is 49 metres to the top of MPH roof (there is a short parapet that looks about a metre tall in addition to this, but I do not have exact measurements);
- it contains 266 condominium units; and
- it has 437.5 m2 of retail space.

These stats can be found in this Committee of Adjustment report from 2019 (page 61 forward).

Friday, September 2nd. Really not much left to do on the exterior, doesn't look like occupancy has commenced yet, though.

Process at KiWi Condos it looks like the final touches of a sidewalk and installations in residential rooms is underway before new homeowners moving in.

Fully complete. Streetscape along King William looks good with benches and street trees. This overall turned out pretty well by Hamilton standards.

It looks like they have a patio space along Ferguson - it would be nice to see a cafe or something take the retail space.
