A walkway like this leading all the way to King William (Cobalt) would be quite nice. Hopefully, once the lots west of this develop, they adopt (or are forced) to implement a similar streetscape pattern.

This commercial unit remains vacant, unsure why they're not leasing it. Perhaps they want to put up all the commercial at once when they're done selling the Rebecca condos?

Today. This turned out fairly well, the landscaping here is particularly attractive. Rosehaven still has the sales office for the Rebecca open at grade:
