They Demo'ed Hamilton Terrace (on 14th Ave SW) today, is there any plans for re-development?

There aren't any current DP's for that location, and I don't recall seeing any, at least in the last 7 or 8 years. I know it was condemned at one point, so the owners must have decided to bulldoze.
It's a shame they couldn't restore thew building back to it's original look, but mu guess is that it was just too dilapidated.

I walked past that building a few times and it wasn't terribly nice. I suppose in its heyday it was a nice building, bit it hadn't seen much love in a long time.
