Which units in particular do you think have good layouts? Also which way would you want to be facing..I think south or east would be the safest?

There's an ugly 12 storey office building from the 80's across the street which blocks views to the south and southeast. If you want a south-facing unit I suggest choosing a unit as far west in the building as you can, at least in the west half of the building, to avoid directly facing the office building. However, there may be a very slight chance that the block across the street next to the office building could be developed as it contains a parking lot with a 5 storey commercial brick building and a bunch of old poorly maintained houses to Bathurst Street.
You are pretty safe with units facing north as there is a strict building height limit on Queen Street of 3 stories.

I like West and Charles as it is nicely laid out with good use of space. Even though Charles is facing south you will have east city views from your balcony.
Bloomfield is a nice layout too but I don't like how it is sandwiched between the elevator and the garbage chute.

Good point. I didn't even notice that. I have lived next to an elevator and next to a chute. Never again.

Model suite opens up inside the Harlowe! Looks beautiful.

Well, as I learned when I sold my last place, real estate agents don’t like a lot of colour or personality in the suite.

I get it and of course it's all subjective but I find you can even do a better job without much color.

And I'm not knocking on Lamb because even he has had some nice model suites too:
