I believe the developer has resubmitted Phase 2 and Phase 3 to consist of one (25 storey) and three (27, 32, 37 storey towers), respectively.

Passed by the site the other day. Couldn't get a photo but from the looks of it the sales center is under construction now.

They taking their sweet ass time to build that sales centre for Highmount. It was started in beginning of summer?

Unlike Union City, that sales centre went up what felt like a month. And sold everything with the next week lol.

It is a nice looking master plan where the buildings are built surrounding the proposed 1.3 acre public park space

But given the slow market plus how little projects Kingdom has done (they're slow even on the sales office), makes you wonder if they know what they are doing, let's see if this project actually materialize ... good luck to whomever buys here
