(On the right): Another mediocre building by Randall Davis, the high-rise on the left is also a piece of his work. Fortunately he has partnered with a new architect for his latest projects, Arabella and Marlowe.

How is the other side of the podium looking? The rendering looked promising, at least the base, but they're often not indicative of reality.
 
It was a blank concrete wall last time I saw it a few months back. You could see that the detail above the entrance will go from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor by the cut outs; the podium stands at 7 levels altogether. Glass was going up for the entrance as well.
