That was the site for a Cultural Center showcasing Southeast Texas history. The house in the webcam, and another that was moved down the street are the only two remaining from a neighborhood consisting of mostly homes that once existed in this area. They were brought into the plans as well.

Fortunately they didn't get far with construction, the design was stuck in time. Donors have received their money back and there's a good chance the site could be developed with new plans.
