How do I post a picture or an e-mail?

replace the "{" with "[" and the "}" with "]".

i have a couple of pics i want to post, but i have never done this before, so if they are saved on the computer and not posted on a website, is this what we do:

Example:
{Image}C:\ My Documents\My Pictures\RITZNI~1.JPG{Image}

or do i have to post on a website then put the link, or what? =)

You have to have them posted on a website somewhere. Try clubphoto.com
