It looks the length of ~3 double beds. My den is larger than that whole unit. And I only live a few blocks away. Sigh.. really wish prices would drop, I know where to go on a shopping spree

3 double beds would amount to 84.375 sq ft according to my calculations and the dimensions from http://www.tmasc.ca/mattresssizes.html

That is a lot of lost floor space...

that does seem like wasted space, better if the wall was knocked down opening up to the living room

Pro-tip if you don't want your unit to look exactly like the other 794 in your building - buy barebones and hire contractors to install the materials and finishes you want yourself

is that even possible? and what developer would let you do that?

I don't know. Barebones could mean the minimum required, not necessarily empty, but empty is best, if you plan to gut the whole thing out anyway.

sold out, I think. this, casa 2, and 1000 bay were all released at the peak of the market last year and sold out in a matter of days.

I'll be very happy to see construction commence here. That area is way too central to be a parking lot

glad to see this lot finally become history.
I'm still not a huge fan of the INDX design compared to the short-lived Canada Tower proposal, but then again, that combined with 100 Adelaide would blend in too much with each other from NPS.
