fooling around on sketchup for a concept for the empty parking lot on queen east of yonge: two 225m and 130m condo towers, along with a large public square and a museum of toronto / Theatre, and a 3 floor Retail portion:

Very Lago on the Waterfront. If you're looking for something to do, I've been having some fun trying to think up a good 250-70m tower for Montreal to give it that much needed pinnacle. Would be interested to see what you can do!
