Just read a great article on intelligent building in Dubai and some buildings down in Miami which are being built with huge pipelines and the ability to offer some incredible automated and intelligent features...

Are there any Canadian developments going down this path? It doesnt seem like we are pursuing it at all as far as I can tell. It sort of seems like the future though so I imagine we will eventually get there...
