The date I received it is January 27, 2024. My unit is on the 10th floor. I asked the supervisor of the construction unit and he said that it should be completed by March 2024 at the latest.

The firm occupancy date I received is end of April 2024 for a unit in 31st floor.

Interestingly, my suite is on the 15th floor and the date I received was May 1.

Walking by and seeing that the building currently still has no power, address, and presumably water/other utilities, likely not starting PDI until January
