Yeah, they are much less embarrassed by bodily functions than we are, too.
I used to teach there and students used to say things like "I had very bad diarrhea last night" and stuff like that. The other students (all adults) just nodded in understanding, like "been there!" and thought no more of it. Pretty funny stuff.
