Do you have a background in zoning, mediation, or land use planning? The City of Toronto is seeking skilled and experienced residents to join the Toronto Local Appeal Body, an independent quasi-judicial tribunal that hears appeals of Committee of Adjustment decisions for minor zoning variances and land severances (consents).
Applicants should have expertise in such areas as adjudication, mediation, land use planning, and planning law, and must be residents of Toronto. Hearings will be held 1-2 times per week. Members will receive remuneration. Applications are due Friday September 30th at 4:30 p.m.
