What are the starting prices for studio and 1 bedroom units?
Also, is there parking available for these sized units (yes I know it's right beside the subway(s)) ?

If a baby was born today, that network wouldnt even be halfway built by the time they were to pass away 80-90+ years later.

Yea..I swear marketing can really put something together. Anyone who doesn't live here would see this and think "Well by golly this looks like a great location to invest in!". I guess we all have to do our research.

We bought a condo at Don Mills and Eglinton in 1998 that included the LRT (now the Crosstown) in the marketing materials. It'll be a full 20 years from when we moved in until it finally opens. We moved out 11 years ago, before construction even started on the Crosstown.

This is model P-204. Small, but not the smallest but with a ton of wasted space. Cheapest in the building for $395500. Terrible

Any other owners here? Has anyone received correspondance from Developer? Is there an updated timeline?
