Twin 5s infill apartments near the intersection of Proudfoot Lane and Beaverbrook Avenue. This is likely to turn out very similar to Old Oak's Mosaik apartment development to the south that recently finished up. The site is currently vacant but functionally acts as an extension of the park located along Sugar Creek Trail.

The development application for this project has been revised, the layout has been completely reconfigured and the buildings have been redesigned.

I was not able to get a photo as I was driving past, but this project is under construction with the Site fully cleared and actively being excavated. The proposed 4-storey townhouses on the adjacent property directly to the south are also now under construction. Between these projects and the Mud Creek reconstruction (which is getting close to being wrapped up now), there is lots of change happening in the Sugar Creek neighbourhood.
