York is proposing a 25s tower at 735 Wonderland Road North, located near the intersection of Oxford and Wonderland. This property is currently a small commercial plaza, and this tower is proposed to replace the eastern portion of the plaza, currently occupied by a Swiss Chalet. The west side of the plaza also looks like it has a handful of additional commercial units planned.
