Sorry no picture - but I noticed there is a covered set of lights for eastbound wellington at york.. does anyone have more information about this?

Just a guess, but could it have something to do with the construction at Union? With Front out of commission for the 2nd platform, maybe the City is finding that they need to temporarily make Wellington into a two-way street in order to get decent traffic flow in the area?

I noticed this as well, but can't really see it being temproary as lighting/signalling is surprisingly expensive infrastructure.

In the NW path extension thread, someone speculated it was in anticipation of York being further closed south of Wellington and a need for access to York in the section between Wellington and King.
