It seems like LA is getting so. much. density. I'm looking forward to seeing how all of these mixed-use projects actually get lived in.

We'll see! As long as the Chinese money keeps pouring in we'll keep getting this mega-developments. My personal opinion: Chinese money has paused (at least) for DTLA.
