And the projected date for the first encampment that the city will pretend to ignore, is plus/minus 48 hours after opening….?

Seems a bit dramatic. I haven't personally seen a single encampment along the waterfront and the city certainly seems to be taking action against larger encampment activity.

Also the parks layout doesn’t seem ideal for encampments as it is a lot of hard surfaces and sloped grassy mounds.
