American home improvment center on Caladonia and Castlefield
Wow this is one big mega store.A bit higher end than Home Depot or Rona with a better selection of about anything that the competition has to offer.
Couldnt believe the selection of counter dept fridges, stoves and other various euro designed appliances.

I noticed Rona is moving out of the former Building Box store on Eglinton and Warden. I wonder if Lowes has eyes on this building or property? It would make sense to put it in an established big box district. Look forward to checking it out when I have the chance.

Finally! It made no sense to have two in that area. I would've thought the one on Eglinton would've been busier...

Rona ended up with two big box stores so close together when they took over "Building Box" parent company Renodepot.

Lowes will be opening there store at the location of the former Walmart on the side of Eglinton. Demolition of the old Walmart store is now compele.

I dont know what the plans are for the old Rona store, Im sure Rona will hold onto the lease long enough to prevent Lowes from moving in.

Whoa, that former Wal-Mart building is huge. It's just never big enough for Wal-Mart is it?
