Oof. These guys did the grossest strip mall on 156st. Absolute embarrassment right next to future Sherwood LRT stop. Website also shows they have a great sense of design…

All they are doing is adding some additional exterior entranceways between Buildings 7 and 8 (I think those are the buildings).

^At one time they had wanted to develop some retail along 104 Avenue in certain places. I wonder if this is it?

Don't think so, these entrances will be facing the concrete 'towers', not fronting 104 Ave.
