I can confirm it's better looking in person. The cladding has a chocolate wafer look , and the spandrel used looks higher end . The grey of the spandrel also looks better in person, as the mullions are flush with perforated sections. Its not washed out looking at all.

Usually im not a fan of 'cool' grey, but it pairs nicely with brown for some reason
