Do you know any great examples of how the avenues and mid-rise study has impacted our streets? Over a decade later, have we seen any nice long avenues with consistent mid-rises along it's length, for example? ...Dare I say Parisian-style streetwalls!?

We're seeing this slowly come to form on St. Clair, but due to the length of the street, and how much the "feel" of it changes across town, it's hard to say it feels much different than ten years ago.

Have any of the suburban avenues getting LRTs really gone the midrise route? Cause that was part of the justification for LRT over subway. I want to know how much of that has panned out.
