Mississauga Marathon service disruption May 13-14
I have to give Mississauga Council and the management of MT credit for following through with most of my recommendations as well my presentation in April for the Mississauga Marathon.
This a huge step for better customer service compare to the past.
I hope we will see more of this customer service improvement on all future events within Mississauga that will have an impact on MT riders.
There is mention of service disruption in the May inTransit News, but there needs to be more information. I have yet to see any inTransit on buses other that at Sq One and the website.
On Sunday, I found Service Change Flyers at the Sq One Terminal customer service desk with the following information. Needs some times info as when service would resume considering that can be done now based on past races.
I was told larger posters are to be posted later on this week.
