too bad they didnt keep that vaguely art deco facade and carry that curve vertically through the balconies... Miami anyone?
 
That art deco building is very familiar from my childhood ---my uncle used to have his dentistry office on the second floor. Does anyone have interior pictures of the Diana Sweets restaurant (a fashionable ladies' tea room) that used to be at street level next door, or of the Honeydew place that was on the ground floor?

I love these "Then and Now" photos ---I'm a bit then and now myself.
