You'd have to be awfully foolish to spend this much for a condo in this location. All for the privilege of living beside a 24 hour McDonald's in a building where there used to be a Pizza Hut and one block south of a cheap student rental building (20 Prince Arthur). If you can afford this you might as well buy a house in Rosedale, it has land so it will be a much better long-term investment that this.
