Just announced last week. Developers are the Preston Family (local) and a group from Chicago, Smithfield Properties. There will be a 40 story office up to 600 feet tall, a 30 story building, 20 story building and a 12 story building on the southernmost edge of SoBro and downtown. If this happens, it will really extend the skyline southward and extra 5 of 6 blocks. They need City approvals for height.

"Smithfield Nashville’s plans call for four mid- and high-rise towers offering 1.6 million square feet of office, residential and retail space. They include a 300-unit apartment building, a 200-unit condo building, a 90-unit residential building with workforce housing for teachers and public employees, 65,000 square feet of retail shops spread across the four buildings and 1,700 parking spaces."
It is currently named the 6th + Division development
