Every thread would have something like this at the top of the page

I think it would be good to have these same links at the bottom of the thread pages as well to save having to scroll back up again.

Sure one can always hit the back button, but it wouldn't go back to the most updated version of that forum page to see if there are any new posts after they visited the thread they're in.

Yea other forums have them and it does make a significant difference when browsing.
