Well there's a big difference between committing a crime in Austria and studying for your future in Canada. Then again, I suppose the victims of crime in Austria can rest assured that the perpetrators are being well-treated in nice surroundings and supplied with Ikea furnishings


Whether there's any logic to be found in the above is another matter.
