Hello, I don't have experience on buying new homes, but I was wondering where I can find lists of new homes or in GTA. Who are the best builders (arista, minto, and etc)?

Also what is the different between estate homes and regular homes?

other than newinhomes.com, are there any other search sites that dedicated just for new homes? I like Remax.ca but it is not specialized for new homes.
