30 Park Place, another Stern luxury residential tower, uses precast concrete panels for the facade and stone for part of the base. I think this one will do the same. The podium level will probably be stone close to where people can see and touch it and then the rest would be precast...

I'm pretty sure Stern did the same for One St. Thomas in Toronto. Stone at the base and precast on the tower. I just hope the precast ages well.
