Is everyone equally annoyed about the garbage disposal issue among the townhouses? It’s so disappointing that others don’t care about the residents who share the same living space and are affecting how much more we’re going to be paying as a result of all these problems.

Yes I also bought it as one of the perks was an outlet. Was disappointed to see they didn't follow through. I think we should be entitled to a partial refund
Thank you for bringing this up. If this is the case with my upgraded island, I will probably request for a partial refund through the builder.

Our lawyer got notice confirming our Occupancy Date May 9th (7th Floor Building B) and requesting content insurance beforehand. Still not hearing anything for the PDI inspection yet.
I know as per Tarion rules, they can schedule your PDI inspection prior or on your closing date. Hopefully you heard back from them!

Hello,
Is there anyone who is renting their parking spot? We live in block 6.
Also, would anyone be interested in starting a WhatsApp group for this development for communication & inquiries?

Steps to Login to Buildering Link:

Thank you for the advice and help on the Metergy issue.
I called them and learnt that they didn’t receive our registration form at all. They set up my account and just sent me the billings for 1st and 2nd month since our occupancy.
Besides the set up fees, our monthly costs were about $40 for hydro and $40 for water; for 2 people, I think it is reasonable?

Hi Everyone, new user here, I'm one of the TH owners. Nice to meet everyone. Has anyone heard about the closing date for the townhouses? I've been in occupancy since March and have heard no news from the builder.

Thanks for this information. Is anyone else able to register? I'm getting error message after searching for Sequoia Grove Homes..

Welcome!

I'm getting occupancy for a TH 2nd week of September and when I inquired about a final closing, they advised me 6 to 12 month's after I occupy.

I'm a bit surprised about this, as my TH's condo corp is almost occupied (4 of 6 blocks) already and I believe my block is the last to occupy... Sales office had said that once the 6 blocks in Condo Corp A are occupied, the final closing should be fast.

Wow.. Im also surprised they told you 6-12 months still before it closes. I was told that once a group of blocks have been at least 80% occupied, it should be closed which doesnt seem to be the case as I moved in back in February.

I failed too. There was a message saying we supposed to have a letter (with a code) from the builder to invite us to join.

Are you still paying around $100 for hydro and water? Because I'm paying approx. $200/month for hydro and water. Something is not right here. Only 2 of us here and yes we may take 2 showers a day but still feel like we're getting ripped off.

Any update on registration at building A? My elderly parents live on a tight budget and in trying to work out finances. Very frustrating.
