Very blue, very spandrel-ly.
If the blue tone were more random in placement and the glass more reflective than it would look so much better. The ill-fated Harmon Hotel in Las Vegas by Norman Foster comes to mind:

At least they didn't build it to its planned height of 49 floors, and instead only built 28 floors that they now have to take down one by one.
 
I was just standing in front of The Harmon a couple months ago, trying to explain to those around me what an engineering failure the thing is. Amazing how they plastered ads all over it like One Times Square
