Wondering if anyone out there has mulled over the black "No U Turn" sign on the NPS side of Bay south t/w Queen--it looks like it's been there at least since NPS (or the garage underneath) was built; a true survival, and nobody's bothered to replace it even though it's cheek-by-jowl with our civic square...
