Only thing I don't like is that big triangle on the corner of 102 and 108. Not sure what the point of it is but it only seems to make that corner feel shadowy and uninviting when that's really where the building should be the most inviting

The triangular concrete slab may be meant to be a shelter. It looks fine to my eye as an architectural feature from a distance as it grounds the building but chances are it would collect garbage, get tagged by vandals, and end up being more work maintaining than it's worth. Not bad as a preliminary but agree that the concrete slab could be improved on.
 
I wish they'd expand that park to include the parking lot on the left; there's already so much parking in the area compared to green space.
In time there will be a new structure there that will house the Indigenous Centre, fronting the park that you see in the rendering which is an indigenous ceremonial space as well as serving as a campus quad. Presently it is owned by others (although NorQuest occupies the building as a tenant.
