Per a letter from Bousfields on a town-initiated review of employment lands (https://pub-oakville.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=91789), H&R is now planning to redevelop the lands at 2175 Cornwall Road into a mixed use community designed by Hariri Pontarini. It will have mid-rise and tall buildings.

H&R uses this opposition as justification to redevelop the lands with mixed uses, but I have a feeling there will be lots of community opposition to tall towers too...
