Applications for an official plan amendment and rezoning for a proposed condo at 360 Oakville Place Drive have been submitted. The proposal includes three towers of 28, 30 and 33 storeys with a total of 900 units as well as a five-storey building with retail and office uses.

I have a feeling this might just end up being dumbed down into three monster houses. But seriously, this is good news for Oakville. Any intensification will help their transit shortfalls long term.
