Received a broker email telling me that occupancy is slated for November 2023. Let's see if they will keep to that (and lets hope the Crosstown is up and running ;) )
 
General Question for Anyone - Do you think this is a good project to invest in? i.e. will it be profitable and will renters want to live here? I heard the first 2 buildings are 95% sold so there must be something. Looking for some insight. Also considering closing is November 2023 will the Eglinton LRT be in place by then?

this will be ready more likely May 2024 to October 2024
 
Tridels project same time frame and they are already further along construction.

"The Curve" and Townhouses will start selling in the "Spring" as per Aspen Ridge sales team. Seems like the project is moving faster then expected.
