I have watched this one rise for the last few years and was sure it was offices until I learned more. Quite a location, and an interesting developer; there's been a lot of ink on the Candy brothers and the London property bust. In any case, it's nice to see that some things in the capital are never likely to change--50% income tax or none, the plutocrats remain!
